Listed below are Fathers' Rights of Nebraska's primary goals.
- For children to have two equal biological parents;
- To pursue what is best for our children;
- To prevent our children from becoming another negative statistic;
- To establish a mandatory a joint custody policy (both legal and physical - for those parents who want this and are fit and able);
- To establish a Family Court System;
- To ensure that ALL children are receiving financial support;
- To eliminate discrimination throughout the divorce process;
- To establish a non relocation policy, which would prevent one parent from moving child/children out of state or out of a 30 mile radius without the other parent's consent;
- To establish stricter penalties for those parents who violate court orders by denying visitation;
- To reform child support guidelines;
- To establish the possessory right to the Federal Income Tax Dependent Exemption, each and every year for those parents that are court ordered to provide more than 50% of child's support and are up to date on their support.
- To establish two parent consent for children to obtain tattoos and body piercings prior to becoming of age (currently no state law at all);
- To unite as many members as possible to pursue these goals.
